Dynamic Umbrella is a contractor who undertakes assignments for employment businesses and
end clients. Our flexible resource solution is in growing demand and we are always looking for
new employees to help us fulfil our growing contract book.
By becoming an employee of Dynamic Umbrella you will receive all the statutory benefits such as
sick pay and maternity pay that you get from being employed. By being employed by Dynamic
Umbrella you may also be able to claim business expenses incurred whilst working.
Our application process to become an employee is straightforward, and you will soon see the
benefit of being employed by Dynamic Umbrella, giving you complete peace of mind with the advantage
of being able to claim certain legitimate business expenses.
After successful application, you will be provided with a Contract of Employment, containing standard
employment rights and statutory protection. When you commence employment there is an expectation that
you will have a number of different assignments at different locations, and therefore you will be able
to benefit from claiming any travelling and subsistence costs wholly, exclusively and necessarily
incurred in the performance of your duties of your employment at your temporary workplace.
We stick to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) rules, so you can't claim for an expense which you have not
incurred. Expenses you have incurred are not paid as an additional amount on top of your pay rate.
The allowable expenses you claim will be offset against your pay, so that the amount of tax and National
Insurance Contributions you pay is reduced. So you effectively obtain tax and National Insurance relief
on your expenses when they are incurred, as opposed to having to wait to claim them back through any
self-assessment. Expenses you claim may not all be processed in the same week, but will be carried
forward until all the expenses have been allocated.
